Trading relationship
The company buys recyclable material as principal and resells aggregated stock to industrial buyers. Users do not trade directly with one another through a peer-to-peer marketplace.
Inspection and price
Submitted quantities and estimates are provisional. Final accepted quantity, grade and price are agreed after physical inspection and weighing.
Collection and delivery
A request does not guarantee collection. Pickup requires review, approved transport cost, scheduling and actual capacity. Visit only a confirmed collection centre during published hours.
Payments and disputes
Seller payments and factory settlements require recorded references and authorised verification. Raise transaction disputes through support. Financial and weighing corrections must be documented.
Excluded materials
Medical waste, hazardous chemicals, hazardous batteries and mixed municipal refuse are excluded. The owner may reject unsafe, contaminated or unapproved material.
Policies requiring review
Payment timing, liability, title transfer, dispute jurisdiction, retention, consumer rights and cancellation rules must be finalised with qualified local counsel before production.
